I signed up for the dish service in May of 2017. The representative offered me a $100 gift card and I called customer service and they told me they would call me back in 3 days which they did not.

I'm on the phone now and so far I've been thru 4 different representatives. They keep telling me they have to check the voice recording from the day I set up the account.

They still have not listened to the voice recording after a couple of weeks. They should not offer this if this a problem for them

Reason of review: Poor customer service.
